How to display only a list of attributes

I am using Softerra LDAP Administrator 2013.1

I want to setup a new profile to display only a specific list of operational attributes
Problem is when I did a search and showed the attributes, only a handful of the attributes (from the list) was displayed.

So, when I tried to add an attribute again, I’ll get this message
“You are trying to insert an operational attribute into the list of user attributes.
Would you also like to have this attribute selected in your list of operational attributes?”
I answer yes.

When I checked the search again, it still would not show all the attributes that I selected.
I went back in the properties and unchecked and rechecked the attributes and still it did not display all the attributes I selected.

Not sure what else to do. Please help.
