Error trying to save user ldap entry in Open LDAP on Linux

Hello, I am new to the tool and might be missing something obvious.
Getting error message when trying to save user entry using this tool "The distinguished name has an invalid syntax"
The syntax of the DN is: CN=Sam Elperin7,OU=People,DC=Harmoneydev,DC=com

Other attributes are shown below:
cn: Sam Elperin7
sn: Elperin7
givenName: Sam
ou: People
dc: harmoneydev

I also noted that there is no way to add second dc attribute, but trying to remove it from the dn doesn't help - still getting same problem
when trying to save an entry

The user entry has 3 classes assigned to it: inetOrgPerson, top and person
