Errors with the Browser

Hello everyone
I get an Error 34 Invalid DN syntax when trying to connect. Now I am not familiar with LDAP, but the server is in a configuration as such:

server.county.organization

ex.

484Main.kb.btmls

I want to get the Base DN but I do not know how.
